How we work

We work closely with you to understand your business priorities and current training offer which we assess against higher education standards and, by partnering with Higher Education Institutes and UVAC (University Vocational Awards Council) we gain access to relevant work-based learning accreditation and validation arrangements. We will set up and support any necessary systems and processes to meet both company and HEI requirements.

We seek to understand your needs – whether it’s for help in working with HEIs or whether it’s for a complete system for attaining Higher Education qualifications based on your in-house training.

We offer a wide range of related services so there’s bound to be something to suit you and your organisation and deliver the value you are seeking.

These range from a simple diagnostic process to assess your current training offer against your business priorities through to the development and management of schemes that will result in the award of Higher Education (HE) qualifications to successful employees.

We specialise in programmes aimed at senior professional or technical personnel but can also provide support where simple competence measures are required.
